• Maybank — SGD 130 all-in at branch. No cheap online option, confirmed at branch
• citi.us online — USD35 up to 50k/day so I paid USD 70 in total in 2017
• citi.us online with citi priority — USD 25 with no limit,
  • but need 50k balance to avoid the $30 monthly fee.
